-American Equipage offers the following Returns Policy:
-As long as the item is in new condition, as determined by us,
we will issue a store credit. Excluding Leather apparel sales which are final.
-Return on all footwear is easy, Simply try on your boots/shoes
while standing on carpet, if they need to be exchanged. Please
email us, we will issue a RA # with easy instructions. Thats it.
We will even pay for the reshipping back to you.
-We gladly ship to all APO & FPO addresses, please remember there is
a $11.00 upcharge, due to recent USPS price changes. This will be billed
after the sale.
-International shipping: we cannot be responsible for once the item is in a
foreign country.
-We offer 2 web based shipping options, Regular (USPS PARCEL POST)
& Express (FEDEX,UPS, PRIORITY)

Regular shipping time is 7-12 days, Express is 4-7 days..
PLEASE NOTE: WE USUALLY SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 72 HRS.
HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. OUR
PRICING DOES CREATE STOCK FLOW PROBLEMS FOR TIME TO
