American Equipage offers the following Returns Policy:
As long as the item is in new condition, as determined by us, & within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a store credit or refund. We cannot return leather wear unless all tags are present on the garment. All items returned for exchange due to customer sizing error will be charged for reshipping, any item returned for refund will have a twenty percent restocking fee applied . Reshipping fees for exchanges must be paid prior to reshipping. Please note: ALL returns for exchanges must 1st have an assigned RA (return authorization) number. Simply email or call us to have this assigned.
Return on all footwear is easy, Simply try on your boots while standing on carpet, if they need to be exchanged, please email us, we will issue a RA # with easy instructions. Thats it.
